This year, our stake was fortunate enough to be able to hold our YW Girl's camp at the Boy Scout's Camp Easton - minus the boy, of course! (So sorry girls!)
Noelle, sittin' and chattin'
The YCL's singing for the other campers. Rachel is in the Tu-tu. Of course.
Ladybugs were EVERYwhere that week . . .
Yummy meals
Beautiful Lake Coeur 'd Alene
One of their fearless leaders. Thank you! You are wonderful!
it looks like everyone had a great time...and who couldn't when it comes to Girls Camp? We have ours so early here...in June. I love your photos...great pics.
How about if I mix it up a little and confess that I have never gained a testimony that girls camp is true. Sad but true. Don't get me wrong--3 of my 4 girls have completely EMBRACED it and went all 12 years that they could--so I am not anti. Just allergic or something. I wanted to say that I just came over from Jan's blog because your comment over there brought me out of the closet. I seriously thought I had just watched The Manchurian Candidate (the classic one with a wicked Jessica Lansbury of course)one too many times when I started thinking the same thing as you. There is just NO WAY he is not somebodies puppet--if I vanish tomorrow--you know what happened... right?? :0)
Girls Camp just has a place in my heart forever - I absolutely love it!! I go as often as they let me - hee hee! There is just something about being with the girls, the spirit - what an amazing thing girls camp is! I love your pictures - this camp looks really fun and in such a beautiful spot - wow - that sunset picture is amazing!!
Our family began July 9, 1982, the day we were married in the Seattle, WA temple. Now 7 children and 8 grandchildren later, where did the time go? Life has been sweet, with many more good times than bad. We sure have great kids and are so proud of our grandkids! They are so adorable, and it is fun watching our family continue to grow...

And that one looks fun....did you go?
That camp food looks better than what I had for dinner last night. At home.
I always loved Girl's Camp!!! It looks just beautiful up there! What a great way to spend part of your summer!
