. . . and have been crazy busy with checking lists, shopping, making, baking, wrapping, and shipping.Not to mention working with, and fixing some of the things that are breaking down around here . . . it's all about finding blessings in trials -

Cute blog and what a great family.
I see that you went to the Seattle Temple. I remember taking a charter bus from Vancouver, WA with my friend to go to the Seattle Temple open house. We were just kids riding in a bus with all elderly people. It was fun.
I was later married in the Portland Temple - love the Pacific NW!

I've been reminding myself to find the blessings... you sound like you're a bit better at it than me. But, I'm on a mission to make the scrooge in me go away and have a wonderful holiday even though most of my family will be in other towns!

Finding blessings in trials; oh how I needed to read that....following you from MBC.
Loralee...i have got my shopping done and mailed what needs to be mailed...other than cards...I STILL need to work on my Christmas cards. I haven't even begun making cookies or candies yet though...It's one of those running behind years. I still can't believe Christmas is next week!
Almost makes me want a pet raccoon. Then I remember that they're smelly trouble-makers.
